| Comments |
Insert contains internal BamHI (1) and ClaI (1) sites. Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI/HindIII--3.0, 2.4; EcoRI--5.4; HindIII--5.4; BamHI--5.4; consistent with deposited DNA. A new nomenclature system has been proposed for Int-1 and related genes. It has been suggested that Int-1 become Wnt-1. Contains cDNA of murine int-1 that encodes the complete protein. RNA can be synthesized in vitro from the SP6 vector promoter. |
