Applications
produces protein endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase
shuttle vector
vector with sequences for protein export endo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase
Comments
Shuttle expression vector permitting secretion of fusion proteins from S. lividans hosts.
pGH202 (ATCC 39896) and pGH205 (ATCC 39895) differ in that the latter includes a promoter element for aminoglycoside phosphotransferase (aph).
S. lividans transformed with this plasmid will secrete endo H when grown in this medium: Difco yeast extract (3 g/L), Difco peptone (5 g/L), Oxoid malt extract (3 g/L), glucose (10 g/L), sucrose (340 g/L), and 5 mM MgCl2.
Media
YEME-thiostrepton medium
Growth Conditions
Temperature: 30.0°C
