| Comments |
Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII/BamHI--2.7, 1.9; PvuII--2.3 (doublet); EcoRI--3.65, 0.95. A plasmid providing the gene for a yeast selectable marker in the MCS of pUC18, allowing more flexibility in designing constructions. Constructed by filling in the ends of both the vector and the insert fragment. LEU2 is in an orientation opposite to lacZ'. The insert was subcloned from YEp13. |
