Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--4.3, 1.2, 1.0; BamHI/PstI--3.0, 2.7, 0.6, 0.2; HindIII--3.4, 2.15, 0.95. The EcoRI polymorphism seen with pQST38M2 is apparently identical. This probe has been used with probe prehybridization or competition to block any repeated sequences. |
