Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--4.5, 3.2; HindIII--5.0, 2.8; PstI--3.7, 2.6, 0.68, 0.48, 0.31; BamHI--uncut; AccI--3.2, 2.6, 1.8. The depositor indicates this is identical to a full-length genomic fragment cloned from HL60 using a 3' clone of GM-CSF. The HindIII genomic fragment described in this reference contains PstI (5), NcoI (3), ApaI (2), BglII (2), SalI (1) and EcoRI (1) sites.
