Care should be taken when cloning into this vector because several stop codons occur in this reading frame. One of several S. cerevisiae shuttle expression vectors (ATCC 87078-87092) differing in selection marker, reading frame and orientation of the promoter. Vectors YCpIF4, YCpIF5 and YCpIF6 (ATCC 87081-87083) differ only in the reading frame of the multiple cloning site. |
