The insert includes the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): EcoRI--1.0; PvuII--1.22; BglI--1.8; KpnI--2.0; PstI--2.4. Contains the complete coding sequence (nt 192-1205) and 5' and 3' untranslated regions. The 5' end of the cDNA is 16 bp downstream of the transcription initiation site.
