The glutathione-S-transferase fusion protein product of this construct demonstrates DNA-binding activity. A partial cDNA clone beginning at nt 803 of the published sequence. Detects mRNA of 2.4 kb and 4.1 kb. The smaller species is predominant in murine cells, and the larger species is predominant in human and monkey cells. |
