Probe includes exon 7 and part of exon 8 of human c-fgr. may hybridize to c-fgr of cat and raccoon. The original PvuII fragment, isolated from a human fetal liver library provided by T. Maniatis, was cloned into the HincII site of M13mp18, and then transferred to pT3T7-18 digested with EcoRI/HindIII. |
