Reported to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb), ordered as in the genome: 0.715, 3.349, 2.361, 1.594, 0.556, 2.225, 1.947. Confirmed to contain EcoRI/HindIII fragments of the following sizes (kb): 0.55, 0.70. Overlaps clones with ATCC number(s): 70747, 70866, 71170. Contiguous EcoRI fragments of 4029 bp, 1607 bp, and 2329 bp have been sequenced. The first contains the 3' end of YCR904, the complete SUP61, and most of YCR902 (the 5' end). The second contains the 3' end of YCR902 and the 5' end of rad18, and the third contains the 3' end of rad18 and the 3' end of YCR901. |
