Morphology
On PDA at 25°C after 22 days, mycelium white, semi-cottony texture, aerial mycelium present. Conidia developing in tufts, brown to dark brown. Ascoma globose, brown to blackish brown, 95-400μm x 85-325μm. Asci cylindrical, containing 8 ascospores. Ascospores broadly fusiform, both light brown and dark brown to blackish, smooth to faintly verruculose, 22.5-25 μm x 17.5 μm.
