Morphology
On PDA medium at 25°C after 7 days, mycelium white to dingy white becoming black as microsclerotia develop, velutinosus, becoming crust-like and cracked. Reverse white becoming black. Hyphae hyaline, guttulata. Conidiophores verticilate, phialides in whorls of 3-4. Phialides ampulliform to lageniform. Conidia hyaline, ovoid to ellipsoid, smooth, 4.5-7 X 2.5-3 μm.
