Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium with 4 mM L-glutamine adjusted to contain 1.5 g/L sodium bicarbonate and 4.5 g/L glucose, 75%; horse serum, 20%; fetal bovine serum, 5%.
Subculturing
Remove medium, add fresh 0.25% trypsin solution, remove trypsin immediately and let the culture sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes. Add fresh medium, aspirate and dispense into new flasks. Subculture once per week.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 to 1:6 is recommended
