There is tight linkage between diastrophic dysplasia (DTD) and D5S72 (theta = 0, LOD score = 7.37). Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BamHI, BglII, EcoRI, HindIII, HincII, MspI, PstI, RsaI (panel of 5 individuals). |
