The plasmid contains the following BamHI fragments (kb): 24.05, 7.4, 4.7, 3.0, 2.35, 2.09, 1.85, 1.4, 1.09, 0.53, 0.02. Positioned between approximately 60-84 kb on the 110 kb map containing the avermectin gene cluster. avrC is included in a 4.28 kb BglII fragment and a 4.05 EcoRI fragment; and avrD is included in a 2.56 kb BglII fragment. The avrB, avrC, and avrD genes map to BglII fragments of 4.3, 0.1, and 2.6 kb at one end of the clone. |
