Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): PstI--2.7, 0.62; HindIII--2.9, 0.46; EcoRI--3.4; PvuII--2.3, 0.9; BglI--2.2, 1.0. The insert contains a HindIII site, 0.45 kb from the 5' PstI site (nt 2335 of the published sequence). Detects a human genomic EcoRI fragment of 26 kb. Subcloned from pH14g. Corresponds to nucleotides 1879 to 2508 of the published sequence and is derived from intron 4. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: EcoRI, HindIII, BamHI, XbaI, SacI, TaqI, PvuII, PstI, BglII, MspI, KpnI. |
