Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): PstI--5.8, 1.22; PstI/HindIII--3.5, 2.6, 0.77, 0.41; BglII--6.2, 0.81; BglII/HindIII--4.2, 1.93, 0.81, 0.24; BglII/PstI--5.4, 0.99, 0.62, 0.22. The insert does not contain sites for the following restriction endonucleases: EcoRI, BamHI, XbaI, BglI. The 0.81 kb BglII fragment contains nearly all the sequences homologous to v-ets and exon 7 of human ETS1. |
