Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): HindIII--4.4, 4.0; EcoRI--6.2, 4.2; PstI--4.4, 2.6, 1.5; EcoRI/HindIII--4.6, 2.0, 1.9; PvuI--8.4. BanII and XmnI appear to detect the same polymorphism, suggesting that it is due to an insertion/deletion event. Subcloned from phage 13.F1. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BamHI, BclI, BglII, DraI, EcoRI, HaeII, HindIII, HinfI, HphI, MboI, MboII, MspI, RsaI, SstI, StuI, TaqI. |
