Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--5.9; HindIII--5.9; PstI--4.9, 1.1; BamHI--5.9.
This cDNA includes the complete coding sequence plus 5' (12 nucleotides) and 3' (211 nucleotides) untranslated regions.
