After 10 days at 37°C colonies growing rapidly, velvety to woolly, pale brown. Conidiophores undifferentiated, hyaline, smooth-walled. Conidia borne on short protrusions, singly or in small groups on ampulliform swellings, obovoidal to pyriform, hyaline, 4.5-11.0 x 3.0-4.5 μm, initially rough-walled, becoming smooth-walled.
