Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--3.5; HindIII--3.5; NcoI--2.7, 0.8.
pPD110 (ATCC 87224), pPD111 (ATCC 87225) and pPD112 (ATCC 87226) allow expression of inserts lacking transcriptional and translational initiation signals. These three vectors differ only in the reading frame of the ATG start codon.
