Codominant segregation of the PstI VNTR RFLP was demonstrated in 31 3-generation families. This probe should be preassociated with excess human DNA before hybridization. Otherwise, RFLPs observed under normal conditions of hybridization and washing. MspI does not resolve this polymorphism adequately. |
