After 5-7 days growth velvety, greyish beige. Reverse olive brown.? Hyphae olivaceous brown, 2-3 μm wide. Conidiophores erect, one- to two celled, subhyaline. Phialides up to 14 μm long and 2 μm wide, each with a single, terminal inconspicuous collarette. Conidia unicellular, thin-walled, hyaline, cylindrical, 5-8 x 2-3 μm.
