Plaque titration is on CV-1, BSC40 or Rat2 cells. Adsorb virus for 2 hours at 36C, overlay with DMEM + 2% FBS (liquid overlay is OK) incubate for 72 hours, stain monolayer with 0.01% crystal violet in 10% formalin, rinse with PBS.
