Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--4.4, 3.35; HindIII--6.6, 1.1; PstI--4.5, 2.8, 0.4.
This contains two inserts of 2770 bp and 450 bp of Arabis mosaic virus RNA2. The entire virus is 4060 nt in length.
