flhDC的表達(dá)使得沙門氏菌能夠入侵腫瘤細(xì)胞，設(shè)計(jì)PsseJLysE電路不依賴于外部干預(yù)而觸發(fā)蛋白質(zhì)的釋放，并使得在入侵腫瘤細(xì)胞后菌株自行裂解，防止了對(duì)生物體的不良反應(yīng)，同時(shí)將編碼蛋白質(zhì)藥物的基因引入沙門氏菌，使得菌株裂解后液泡釋放蛋白質(zhì)對(duì)腫瘤進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)治療。
